This website is operated by Bremont Watch Company Limited (referred to as "Bremont/we/our/us"). As user of this website (referred to as "you/your") you acknowledge that any use of this website including any transactions you make ("use/using") is subject to our terms and conditions below:

 

1. Terms of Sale

Goods supplied from this website are supplied by Bremont Watch Company Limited.

Bremont Watch Company Limited is a company registered in England and Wales with company number 05414485 and whose registered office is at The Sawmills, Marlow Road, Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire RG9 3AQ United Kingdom.

All sale and purchase contracts concluded through orders placed and accepted through this website will be subject to the terms set out herein and shall be governed by English law.

Your submission of an order represents an offer to purchase the Goods and/or Products indicated by you and it is not binding on us until we have notified you that an order is accepted. All advertisements and communications made by us until we accept your order are invitations to treat only and are not confirmed offers. This means that if Goods or Products are shown on the site but are unavailable or incorrectly priced or otherwise incorrectly described, Bremont Watch Company Limited shall not be obliged to sell you those goods.

By placing an order via the Bremont Online Boutique you are committing to purchase the goods and products indicated by you subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of order price.

  • The price displayed at time of purchase is valid and supersedes any previous price or offer.

  • Prices are inclusive of VAT. If your order is for despatch outside the UK, VAT will be deducted from the price you are charged.

  • [Prices are exclusive of delivery costs which will be charged in addition to the purchase price currently charges are £9 for overseas deliveries and £6 for UK Deliveries.

  • Prices quoted do not include any import taxes or duties chargeable by the country of destination and any such taxes or duties will be your sole responsibility. If in doubt, we advise you check the import duties applicable in any country before ordering products to be delivered there.

  • All prices advertised are subject to change.

  • Bremont retain the right to refuse orders whereby the price has been advertised or communicated incorrectly. You will be informed of any such mistake and offered the relevant product(s) at the correct price, but in such circumstances shall be under no obligation to continue with the purchase.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and are subject to delays resulting from postal issues and/or natural disasters out of our control, and for which we will not be responsible.

When placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledgement confirming receipt of your order however, this will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until confirmation from us is sent by email declaring that the goods ordered have been despatched. Up until that point, you are free to cancel your order.

Payment for all orders must be made by credit or debit card details of which must be given at the time your order is placed. No monies will be charged to your relevant card until goods are ready for despatch by us. Before we can dispatch your order, we may need to verify your card details with your card issuer. Whilst we will do what we reasonably can to ensure this is completed as soon as reasonably practicable, we are not responsible for any delays caused by such checks being undertaken. Once you receive an email order confirmation from us, you will know that your order has been authorised (and that your card will be charged accordingly). 

 

2. Returns and Exchange Policy

The Bremont Online Boutique accepts returns within 14 days from receipt of product. This is dependent upon the conditions below:

  • Product being returned must be returned in identical condition as received – as new, never worn, unaltered or sized, in its original box/packaging, with all papers and protective tape as supplied fully intact.

  • email boutique@bremont.com before returning any items and you will be provided with a reference number which will need to be displayed on the outside of the return packaging.

  • We will not accept any responsibility for or liability arising from any adjustments made by a third party.

  • Returns made in accordance with these conditions will be credited in full against the original item price. If returned goods are damaged or require any refurbishment (other than as a result of an original manufacturing defect), the costs of repair or refurbishment will be deducted from any refund otherwise due.

  • If you are wishing to exchange an item, no charge will be made but we shall not be obliged to make any exchange and may treat any attempted exchange of any goods as a return. Exchanges are subject to availability and any balance of the purchase price due being duly paid.

  • Postage costs will not be refunded. It is also the customers’ responsibility to ensure any unwanted goods are returned securely and safely.

  • Returns must be sent via a traceable, reliable, insured method. Return postage must be pre-paid and fully insured for the credit amount you expect. In case of loss or damage, you as the customer are liable.

  • Credit will be issued in the same form as the original payment received and will be made within 5 days from receipt of return in accordance with these conditions.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.


5. Any Questions

If you have any questions, please call our customer care team on 0845 094 0690 , Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays) between 9am and 5.30pm (GMT). If you call outside these hours and leave a suitable message, we will endeavour to return your call during the next following business day. Alternatively, email info@bremont.com. Please note, emails will be answered only during the above hours. We will endeavour to answer all email enquires within one business day of receipt.
