Chicago Makes America's Cup History

Artemis Racing took victory in the Louis Vuitton America’s Cup World Series Chicago in front of 200,000 fans on Sunday 12 June. This was the Swedish team’s second series win after taking to the top step of the podium in a memorable regatta in Bermuda last year. Great Britain’s Land Rover BAR finished second and SoftBank Team Japan took their first ever podium in third. 

Dramatic First Day of Sailing in Chicago

Glorious conditions met the six America’s Cup teams in Chicago on Friday afternoon. SoftBank Team Japan took victory in a very exciting first practice race in front of the huge crowds gathered on Navy Pier. The Japanese team followed it up with another victory in the next race

America's Cup Arrives in the Windy City

Bremont has arrived in Chicago ahead of racing this weekend in the windy city. The Louis Vuitton America’s Cup World Series Chicago is making maritime history by being the first ever fresh water venue to host America’s Cup racing. Bremont is present throughout the race village and will be showcasing the America’s Cup Collection and Regatta Collection.

Light Winds in New York

In New York today everyone had to wait for the wind to co-operate. The America's Cup race committee attempted to start proceedings a number of times during the racing window but the winds were never in excess of the required 5 knots.

The America’s Cup Race Village has officially opened in North Cove Marina ahead of Official Racing tomorrow and Sunday.
