When a watch eventually emerges from the Bremont premises in Biel-Bienne, the journey with Bremont has only just begun. Detailed records exist of every watch leaving the workshop, and the future history of each watch remains of great interest to us and forms an integral part of Bremont’s philosophy. Bremont’s philosophy is based on producing watches of superior quality at its workshop in Bienne. The watches are designed to withstand the tests of time and proper everyday use. Every attempt is therefore made to ensure that each Bremont watch meets these high standards before they leave our care.

Should you discover, despite our extensive testing schedule, that your watch does not function correctly, please contact us immediately and organise to have the watch returned and the problem investigated and remedied.

In addition, as a rule of thumb, a quality mechanical watch needs to be serviced every three to five years if the watch continues to function perfectly.
