- We are delighted to offer EU shipping from the UK via our trusted partner and renowned company Care of Carl in Sweden. Our EU orders undergo a seamless shipping process. Firstly, they are shipped via DHL from Bremont in Henley-on-Thames to Care of Carl. From there, DHL ensures prompt delivery to your address.
- Please allow 7-10 working days for delivery, including dispatch time.

Returns Policy for Bremont.com
Christmas Returns Policy
Extended returns: Purchases made from Friday 21st November 2025 can be returned until Sunday 4th January 2026. This means a purchase made from 21st November will be eligible for return beyond the standard 30 days, giving you extra peace of mind for holiday shopping. Returns must continue to meet the terms outlined in our full policy below. If the usual 30-day return period would give you more time than 4th January (for example, purchases made in mid-December), then the standard 30 days apply instead.
Standard Returns Policy for Bremont.com
Returns back to us are free.
You've got 30 days from receipt to request a return and send it back to us if what you've ordered is not quite right (unless your order qualifies for our extended returns window above). We'll provide you with a printable shipping label to attach to your parcel back to us. You can also return items to your nearest Bremont Boutique for shipment back to our Manufacturing and Technology Centre. However, it is still essential to request a returns reference number as outlined below, and please note that refunds for online purchases cannot be processed at the boutique.
Bremont accepts the return of eligible items purchased from bremont.com, dependent on the following conditions:
- You must notify Bremont of your intention to return an item within 30 days of receipt by emailing concierge@bremont.com or calling +44 (0) 800 817 4281 to receive a returns reference number that must be included with the return (unless your order qualifies for our extended returns window above).
- The item for return must be received by Bremont within 14 days of issue of the returns reference number.
- Each unwanted item must be returned in an identical condition to that in which it was received by you, defining this condition as new, unworn, unaltered; displayed in its original packaging with all supplied papers. For watches this typically includes:
- All packaging boxes
- Watch wallet or watch roll
- Dust Bag
- Technical Notes booklet
- Warranty Card
- Any spare strap included
- Watch tool
- Any spare links from altered bracelets
- Should the return parcel incur loss or damage, you will be liable for the costs associated with said loss or damage.
- All items will be thoroughly inspected prior to any refund or exchange being made. Disregarding original manufacturing defects where relevant: if an item is returned damaged and is in need of any refurbishment, the costs associated with any relevant repairs and/or refurbishment will be deducted from any refund otherwise due to you.
- Watches may be returned to one of our Bremont Boutiques but will be subject to the same inspection. It is still essential to request a returns reference number as outlined above, and please note that refunds for online purchases cannot be processed at the boutique.
- You may be eligible to exchange an item should any unwanted goods be returned in identical condition as received. However, please note that Bremont is not obliged to agree to make any exchange and is entitled to treat any attempted exchange of goods as a simple return. Notwithstanding the above, any exchanges are subject to availability (and any balance of the purchase price owed being duly paid together with additional postage and or other dispatch costs of the exchange item).
- Returns made in accordance with these credited to the original payment method and will be made within 14 days from receipt of return.
