Am I eligible for Finance?

To apply you must:

  • Be over 18 years of age
  • Be a UK resident currently and for at least the past 3 years
  • Have a UK bank account that can accept direct debits
  • Have your credit or debit card registered to your home address
  • Have a stable income whether through permanent employment or other means (pension, disability allowance etc.)
  • Understand that there will be a credit check performed when you submit your application. This credit check must be passed in order for a finance product to be offered.
  • Be able to accept delivery at the registered billing address. If you are unable to accept delivery to the address in your application, we are unable to offer you a finance payment option.
  • Please note, no discounts can be used on purchases paid for using Divido finance.

Choose your deposit (minimum 10%) to find out how much your monthly interest-free repayment (over 6, 9, 12, 18 or 24 months) or interest-bering (over 36, 48 or 60 months) will be. Access the calculator by clicking the 'from £... per month' prompt beneath the price on any product page.

Add To Your Bag

Once chosen, add the watch to your bag and proceed to checkout. Select 'Divido' as your choice of payment.

Confirm Your Plan

Checkout is where you will be required to confirm your purchase and credit agreement (subject to a credit check). Select your chosen deposit amount and repayment plan.

Credit Check

A mandatory credit check will be undertaken by Duologi following the completion of an application form. If successful, you will be required to secure your purchase by paying a minimum 10% deposit.

Divido is the technology provider for Duologi allowing you to apply for finance online, via email or mobile phone. What information will I need to provide on my application?

During the application process, you will be asked to provide some basic personal details such as your marital, residential and employment status. You will also need to have your bank account handy and possibly your credit or debit card information for ID verification. Please enter these carefully as mistyping information means automatic checks fail and this, therefore, slows down the process.

Will I need to have hard copies of my documents or credit card on me?

No, the application process is 100% paperless. You will simply need to provide your credit card information but no need to present the actual card at any point.

Why has my application been referred?

When an application is referred this is usually because there is some information that cannot be verified immediately. Once an application has been referred, the information is manually verified by a Duologi agent and a decision is made.
