This policy provides information and guidelines relating to Bremont’s flagship Mayfair Boutique which has been put in place due to the current COVID-19 situation in line with the UK government’s current position.

Bremont Mayfair will be reopening for private viewings ‘by appointment’ from Monday 15th June. As part of a phased reopening, the boutique will be open as standard every Thursday and Friday from 11:00 – 18:00 and on Saturdays from 11:00 – 16:00. Bremont would encourage all customers to book an appointment slot to avoid disappointment however we will be welcoming in those who haven’t booked provided there is space to safely do so. Bremont will accommodate anyone wishing to visit outside of these times by booking an appointment 24 hours prior and there is also the option to book our private parking bay located moments from the store. Bremont will be observing all essential social distancing regulations to keep our passionate staff and greatly valued customers safe, while still delivering a truly personal experience tailored to your requirements.

The Boutique has a maximum occupancy identified, which has been carefully planned considering the size and layout of the space. A maximum of two appointments will be happening at any one time and we request a maximum of two persons per group. Customers will need to let us know as part of the booking process if they wish to have more than this in their group and Bremont will seek to accommodate the request where possible. Bremont will ensure that any coinciding appointments do not exceed the maximum occupancy. If more people arrive for an appointment than was planned, and the maximum occupancy is breached, some of the party will be asked to remain outside.

Below details some of the measures Bremont is taking:

  • Bremont will be maintaining the highest level of hygiene within the Boutique environment, hard surfaces will be cleaned at regular intervals throughout the day.
  • Watches will be cleaned after each appointment using a UV cleaner.
  • PPE is available for the protection of our staff and customers in the form of face masks and gloves for use at staff/customer discretion. Bremont staff will always be wearing gloves whenever assisting a customer to try on a watch.
  • We ask all those within the Boutique to observe the advised 2 metre social distancing policy.
  • Customers will be invited to use hand sanitiser as soon as they enter the boutique.
  • Bremont staff are encouraged to wash their hands/use hand sanitiser frequently throughout the day, particularly after each appointment.
  • Bremont would like to encourage customers to make card payments where possible.
  • Appointments to be limited to an hour timeslot. If more time is required customers should request this at the time of booking.
  • Unfortunately, there will be no toilet facilities at this time.
  • No events will be held in store until further guidance is available.

Bremont would like to thank you for your co-operation and continued support.

We look forward to seeing you in-store soon.
